The Brasserie
The Brasserie menu served in the Dining Rooms offers something altogether more substantial.
The freshest ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible, are treated with great flair, respect
and imagination by Head Chef Mark Gaukroger and his hard-working team.
The atmosphere in the Dining Room is a little more formal than the bar but it is still a long, long
way from a stilted fine-dining whisper-only experience. We would like to think that the service is
friendly and attentive and in no way obtrusive.
