FULL TIME HOUSEKEEPER
Required to work a mixed shift rota. 5 days out of 7. Including weekends and early mornings 7am-3pm
Duties include:
General maintenance of public areas
Laundry Management
Bedroom Turnarounds

PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPER
Required to work an average of 15-20hrs per week. Mainly weekend work required. Job details as above

Experience isn’t essential, though it is preferred. However Attention to detail is.

FULL TIME KITCHEN PORTER
Required to work approx 40 hrs per week. 5 days out of 7. Including Split/Night and Weekend shifts.
Duties Include:
General kitchen maintenance
Basic Food preparation
Light Manual Labour (Carrying and Lifting)
Intake of Deliveries

Experience isn’t required as full training will be given. Applicants must be hard-working, dedicated and self motivated

FULL TIME NIGHT-MANAGER
Required to work approx 40hrs per week. 5 days out of 7. Midnight-9am. Typical shifts to run Wednesday – Sunday dependant on business requirements
Duties to include:
Late-night Bar (Serving and close down)
Securing of the building
Room Lay-up for following function
Breakfast Set-up

Experience within the hospitality industry is vital as the position requires applicants to think on their feet and ensure the safety of Hotel residents
